Find somewhere quiet and spend a few moments remembering that God is with you and loves you.

O Lord open my lips, and my mouth shall proclaim your praise.

​

O God, our Creator, your kindness has brought me the gift of a new day. Help me to leave behind the events of last week, and to accept the challenges of today. Amen

​

Eternal God, who art the light of the minds that know Thee, the joy of the hearts that love Thee, and the strength of the wills that serve Thee. Grant us so to know Thee, that we may truly love Thee, and love thee, that we may truly serve Thee, whom to serve is perfect freedom. Amen.

Heavenly Father, I am truly sorry for the things I have done wrong and the good I have failed to do. Please forgive me all that is past and help me to love my neighbours as myself. Amen.

As our Saviour taught us, so we pray....

Our Father, who art in heaven,

hallowed be Thy name;
Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done,

on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,

and forgive us our trespasses 
As we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,

but deliver us from evil.
For Thine is the Kingdom,

the power and the glory,

forever and ever. Amen.
